Packaging discs for sale.

While much technical innovation went into the design and manufacture of compact discs themselves, process engineering developments also broadened the variety of options available to customers when it comes to cover art, liner notes, jewel cases, and other, more exotic, kinds of packaging. Offset printing is a full-colour process that is commonly used today, but inkjet printing can also be used: it is popular in duplication settings.
